Service providers
Solicitors may like to grow their practice using TLC as the vehicle to bring in new retainers and new lines of work from the provision of advice-lines and claims services. TLC is a great tool that every firm needs if it is to face commoditised legal services from Bankassurers and direct selling employment operations.
TLC will be particularly attractive to those past and occasional clients with whom the firm would like to widen its relationship.
